Dairy Tech Installations

DairyTech Installations brings over 15 years of experience in the dairy industry, working with leading manufacturers and developing custom automation and products. We assist farmers with new installation planning, selecting the best equipment for individual needs and securing the best deals from multiple manufacturers worldwide. Currently cooperating with partners in over 10 countries, we deliver top prices and unmatched flexibility.

As an independent engineering company, we are not tied to any specific brand—allowing us to provide superior solutions and install any brand on any dairy parlor. We supply parts for Boumatic, DeLaval, GEA, and Afimilk, offer parlor testing and fault diagnostics, and provide both original replacement parts and high-quality copies. In addition, we manufacture in-house products such as Level Flow Controllers, Vacuum-on-Demand systems, Plant Washers with chemical dosage, and many other automation components. We also produce our own rubber and silicone liners to fit a wide range of shells.

Milk Transfer

We support all major types of milk pumps and transfer systems, offering in-house VFD builds developed with ABB and Invertek for custom automation that seamlessly integrates pump operation with plant washing systems. Solutions are available for both single-phase and three-phase supply, with spare parts, motor replacement, and full refurbishment services. Pump level control can be provided with either continuous float monitoring or standard non-VFD setups.

Choosing milk pump is done by assessment of your system. This is done for free. We need to determine size of dairy, power supply, receiver size, outlet pipe diameter, heat exchanger, milk filter, tank top or bottom inlet. The idea is to gently push the milk in the tank and cool it efficiently not run it through a fat separator.

Vacuum mechanically regulated and on demand by VFD

We supply dry lobe and oil vane pumps, along with spare parts, repairs, oiler components, and oil. VFD models from ABB and Invertek are available, featuring 4–20 mA sensor. We do anything vacuum pumps. Even resurrect some that were abandoned for being seized, shaft rebuilds, vanes, bearings, seals, even electrostatic paint to look like new after a rebuild.

Pulsation and Liners

We offer pulsator service kits for most brands, including fault diagnosis, wear testing, and consultation. Most pulsation controllers can be repaired or replaced through our service. Choose from our high-quality silicone and rubber liners or original manufacturer parts — we provide both. Our liners are a point of pride, with our silicone range engineered for longer life than the originals. We even replace any split liner from our range free of charge. The best liner we offer is the 450TL silicone that took over a year in development with our partner in silicone injection. The real problem was to solve the issue of the collapsing hood and splitting of the original ones. Most farmers complained cost is high, too many split and everyone expected more for their money. The silicone 450TL delivers to the promise. Can buy as a pack of 4 or complete unit with shells and tubes and a compatible jetter and yes we thought of those who want cluster flush and designed a custom bracket just for that. If you are worried the claw will not fit your GEA parlor, we got you. We made the adaptors to fit all the brands.

Liner recommendation:

This liner is designed for farms with cow-prep procedure. It is important to choose the correct liner type for your system. There are multiple factors to consider, best request an assessment, it is free.
